Before opening our New York studio, we spent over a decade photographing weddings throughout Cancún, the Riviera Maya, and Yucatán, Mexico's premier destination wedding locations. This extensive experience working with couples from the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Latin America taught us how to create a seamless experience while capturing the beauty, emotion, and unique atmosphere of every celebration.

An Artist's Perspective


Long before weddings became my profession, I was drawn to the classical arts. Alongside photography, I studied painting, color theory, and makeup artistry, not as services I offer, but as disciplines that taught me how light interacts with the human face and how subtle changes in color, texture, and direction can transform a portrait.

These experiences continue to influence the way I photograph today.

Whether I'm positioning a bride near a window, choosing the most flattering angle, or suggesting small adjustments to hair, makeup, or wardrobe, my goal is always the same: to help people look like the very best version of themselves while still feeling natural and authentic.

Over the years, I have found that understanding light through the eyes of a painter and portrait artist allows me to see details that often go unnoticed. It's one of the reasons many clients tell us they love not only how our photographs look, but how they feel when they see themselves in them.
